On-site seated massage is provided on a specialist massage chair. The treatment is given using acupressure techniques through clothes without using oils.
SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. You don’t have to be a sports person to receive this message. This treatment aims to reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility, and prevent injury
This massaging treatment focuses on tense and stressed muscles but also helps impact a person’s emotional wellbeing by helping to reduce tension and rebalance their body, making them feel more refreshed. This treatment is given with the person unclothed, but areas not being massaged will be covered. I bring a range of oils for you to choose from.

Half day - £200 – 3.5 hours
Full day - £300 – 7 hours
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
I will travel to your office bringing my own massage chair, massage table or both. I will also bring my massage cream, towels, and cleaning products. Consultations will be sent prior to me coming to you and be completed by your staff members before the treatment is given. All you need to provide is a small space for treatments to be given.
